This is a small collection of custom made calendar scripts that we've built for our clients. Each calendar has been specificaly built to meet clients expectations and needs. Using the demo pages for these calendars you can see how they work. Because these are demo versions some of the functionalilties have been disabled. We can make any change to these scripts, add new features, remove features or use the features that you like to build a new script for you. Our client wanted to provide employees with an easy way to submit their availability over the next months. An email with employe information and availability is sent to client's email address. He also wanted to assign emails for each of the available regions and email has been sent to these emails too. |

This is one of the most popular availability & booking type of calendars. Administrator can set availability for a property. Users can view availability calendar, select start and end dates for their booking and fill in a booking form. All booking details are saved into a database so administrator can access them at any time and change clients and bookings details. As usual, an email has been sent to the administrator when a booking is submitted. |

This script allows a administrator to create users using a password protected page and create login details for each of them to manage their own rooms. Each user can login Rooms administration page and add rooms. For each room additional addons can be added, availability can be set, default price can be set and also price can be changed for any date havig different price for different seasons, holidays or weekends. Each user has own booking page where visitors can search for available room based on arrival and departure dates and number of guests. When booking a room people fill in a registration form and all details are saved in a database so later, when making a second booking, they can login their accounts. This demo script has been used by people visiting our website and rooms and users are often deleted so we would advise you to first create your own user, add some rooms and then check how booking page works. |
